  3. Confirmation code (which you received via email)

Rules that apply on all modifications

  • All modifications are subject to availability.
  • All modifications are subject to additional costs that may apply depending on the changes made and the date you request them.

Modifications for flight + hotel package reservations

  • Modifications have to be requested at least 48 hours before your trip begins.
  • All flight itinerary changes are subject to additional costs.
  • Airline tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be reassigned to a different person or airline, except in case of passenger death.
  • Hotel reservations cannot be changed to a destination different from the flight itinerary destination.
  • You can add but not eliminate passengers from the flight reservation.
  • You cannot shorten the trip duration.
